We have had a fun few weeks:
* The Waltman's visited and we played, visited museums and enjoyed their time with us. It was great to make a connection between them, missionaries Corny & Prima, and our friends Mac & Bobbie.
* Our kitchen is completely finished. The floors in our den, dining and kitchen are refinished and everything looks amazing. Sawyer got his cereal one morning when everything was cleared out of the dining room and said, "Oh man" when he didn't have a place to sit and eat. It was so funny!
* Mark and I went to the Masters in Augusta, GA yesterday. The weather was amazing, scenery gorgeous, view from Amen Corner exciting, and time with just Mark (without a project!) was a delight.
* The family is still in Charleston visiting with the Kriese family and long-time family friends, the Steels. We've had a little beach time, SC Aquarium visit, fun parks, tonight is a farm-league baseball game, touring pretty neighborhoods and good weather and food.
Ron Steel said, "If a child's work is to play then you're children are workaholics." I think that's a perfect description of Alice and Sawyer on a pretty day outside or with new books and toys. We're having a good time in SC and will post pictures upon our return.
