Days of waterfalls, golf, good fun and relaxation

Mama Ann & Granddandy took us kids to Sky Valley, GA all growing up with our parents and cousins. Granddandy grew up nearby in Walhalla, SC and my parents honeymooned up the mountain in Highlands, NC. That area of the mountains has had a strong pull on our family for a long time. It was fun to return after years away to explore the same waterfalls, ice cream joints (Sweet Treats), and have Mark fly fish in the same waters I tubed as a kid. There were father/daughter golf tournaments, mornings AND afternoons at the pool, great dinners outside on the porch overlooking the mountains, and plenty of time to sit and catch up with my brother, sisters, their spouses, parents, and the kids.

We had a professional photographer come take pictures of all of us one morning. I think they'll be a treasure for years to come. I'll share once we have access to them.
