Sunday we went down to the harbor to see the arrival of the Volvo Ocean Race which is a sailing race around the world. The seven ships sailed from Rio De Janerio to Boston in about 15 days which is only one of the seven legs of the race. The sailors live off of freeze dried food for the trip and sleep about a total of 24 hours in 14 days. One has to really love sailing to endure such pain.
